From 10 to 12 January 2010, the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) recorded 3 earthquakes with magnitude ML>4.0 in an area between the provinces of Macerata and Fermo, in Central Italy. The area in question has a particular seismicity, confined in a fragile seismogenic layer at a depth between 15 and 25 km, worthy of detailed analysis. In order to improve the studies of the seismicity of the area, 2 seismic stations were installed to integrate the permanent seismic network of the INGV (FDSV code= IV, doi: https://doi.org/10.13127/SD/X0FXNH7QFY). The stations were connected in real time with the data acquisition center.
