This file contains the mass, fat score, and hepatic expression 49 Sanderling orally exposed to environmentally relevant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) concentrations. Individuals were dosed with 0, 12.6, 126, or 1260 ug PAH/kg body weight/day over a 21-day period of pre-migratory fuelling, and the subsequent changes in the hepatic expression of eight target genes was evaluated. These data are associated with the article, "Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons alter the hepatic expression of genes involved in Sanderling (Calidris alba) pre-migratory fuelling" by Bianchini et al. (2021). The data were used to investigate the molecular-level pathways by which PAH exposure impairs avian pre-migratory fuelling.
