Our dataset is divided into two parts: YPTempDSS_G_B-Part 1 and YPTempDSS_G_B-Part 2. The data are from experiments examining the impact of embryonic incubation temperature on yellow perch with endpoints measured during embryogenesis, larval and pre-juvenile periods. We assessed developmental rate, abnormalities, survival, morphometrics, growth and skeletogenesis. The data will be published in 3 manuscripts, the first is a description of yellow perch development and examines how embryonic temperature influences developmental rate, time to hatch, survival, and abnormalities. The second manuscript focuses on morphometrics and growth during embryonic and larval periods. The third describes the ontogeny of skeleton development and examines the effect of embryonic temperature on skeletal development in the pre juvenile period. This “readme” file includes the data in this repository for all the three manuscripts.
