This set concerns coded fragments from interviews transcripts with planners in the urban development projects in DrottningH (Helsingborg, Sweden) and Aspern Seestadt (Vienna). The in-depth interviews were semi-structured and conducted by the researcher. The documents contains text fragments grouped in explanatory variables, that explain why people-centred planning practices (i.e., Neighborhood Management Team in Seestadt and Dialogue Approach in Helsingborg) took place. The data set forms part of a qualitative case comparison aimed at identifying institutions that condition people-centred planning practices within European urban development projects.
