Organizational commitment is a crucial concept when it comes to human resource management and Organizational behavior. It has to do with how much a worker commits to and identifies with the goals, values, and purposes of their company. Elevated levels of Organizational commitment are associated with enhanced job satisfaction, less attrition, and better performance.
