The tree was generated using MrBayes v3.2.6 (Huelsenbeck and Ronquist, 2001) with four heated chains, a chain length of 1,000,000, sampling every 1000 iterations, and a burn in of 10%. The model used was the general time reversible model (Tavare, 1986) with gamma-distributed rate variation across sites. Numbers represent branch support values as posterior probability.
