The results of studies of changes in the functional parameters of the cardiorespiratory system in the dynamics of health - spa treatment of hypertensive patients with stage 2 application of traditional methods of rehabilitation treatment , and with the additional use hyrudoterapy and apitherapy .
The study included 96 patients with hypertensive 2 st. aged 40 to 78 years, in view of the resulting treatment were divided into 3 groups. The control group consisted of 48 patients who received conventional treatment , experimental groups consisted of 24 patients who had an additional course of treatment received and hirudotherapy and hirudo - and apitherapy.
Found that the most informative performance indicators complete spa treatment were : lower resting heart rate , the duration of the electrical ventricular systole , the balance of the autonomic regulation of heart rate in terms LFHF and suprasegmental effects on heart rate in terms of VLF, expressed predominance parasympatikotonic effects on vascular tone in terms of LFHFDBP, lower values decrease in tidal volume , increasing the total capacity in terms of breathing and TPbr tendency to increase in prevalence parasympatikotonic effects on spontaneous breathing.
