This collection comprises raw laser scan data, meshes, and models from scanning conducted at Exeter Cathedral. Exeter Cathedral is a largely thirteenth- and fourteenth-century building. The high vaults throughout, the vaults of the Lady Chapel, the pulpitum, the Chapel of St James and the remains of the vaults in the north walk of the cloister were scanned by Dr Nicholas Webb, Dr Alexandrina Buchanan, Dr Sarah Duffy, Dr James Hillson and JR Peterson as part of 'Tracing the Past', a research project examining the design and construction of medieval vaults.
