No archaeological finds or features were recorded, and the anomalies highlighted in a prior geophysical survey all appeared to be geological in origin. It appears that the north-eastern part of the site was significantly disturbed in the past, as made ground and re-deposited natural were recorded immediately above the natural geology, which had clearly been truncated.
