A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 2 hectares of pasture and arable land. The survey has identified a number of former field boundaries and areas of ridge-and-furrow cultivation across the site. A number of possible archaeological anomalies have also been identified; however it is not possible to determine their origin with any degree of confidence. The remaining anomalies are of modern or geological origin. The modern anomalies relate to an underground service, a land drain, scattered magnetic debris, ferrous objects and fencing,
