This collection comprises reports, images, CAD survey drawings, a finds table, GIS data and site records from a strip, map and sample excavation and metal detecting survey undertaken at Oswestry Bypass, Shropshire by Wessex Archaeology between October 2020 and February 2021. The finds assemblage provides evidence for the domestic life of the camp, including military issue ceramic tablewares, beer glasses, pharmaceutical items, a lead alloy toy camel, a German pistol, and an identity tag and uniform pins belonging to German internees.
