This report sets out the results from an archaeological strip and record and watching brief, which monitored the topsoil/subsoil stripping associated with the erection of 88 residential dwellings and associated access, garages and parking on Land at Wetherby Road, Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. The works associated with the new residential dwellings, associated garages and access included the removing the topsoil/subsoil for the strip and record area and from the road, topsoil storage area and compound area in the watching brief area. The area of the modern drain easement along the western 20-30m of the site was not stripped. The Archaeological Strip and Record and Watching Brief uncovered no additional archaeological deposits, features or structures.
