K-mer matrix of 305 lines of Aegilops tauschii, along with one tetraploid sample (AB donor of NIAB SHW). K-mers present in only one sample were not retained. The matrix is divided into 10 parts. The file “accessions.txt” contains the accession names and also specifies the order in which presence/absence of a k-mer is scored in the presence/absence matrix. This work has been done as a part of OWWC (http://www.openwildwheat.org/) project.
