Supplementary Figure 2 – Antibody-mediated CCL5 neutralization does not alter the immune response or lung function of IAV-infected WT mice. Wild type (WT) mice were infected intranasally with 104 PFU of IAV or received PBS (Mock). Infected mice were treated with anti-CCL5 (IAV WSN/33 + αCCL5) or non-immune goat serum (IAV WSN/33) and numbers of BAL leukocytes (A), neutrophils (B), macrophages (C), lymphocytes (D-F) were measured. Lung function parameters (G-I) were also analyzed.
