Measures of MRI-based BOLD signals, resting-state functional connectivity, functional activity (fALFF) and regional tissue volume (evaluated using Deformation Based Morphometry), in a set of 90 cortical and subcortical brain regions of the UNC infant atlas.
The measures were extracted on anatomical and functional MRIs scans acquired at term-equivalent age on 88 newborns with varying gestational age (GA) at birth. The scans were performed at University G. D'Annunzio of Chieti-Pescara, Chieti, Italy
