Zoom on the paxillin nanoclusters dynamics during 1.2 second. 1000 speckled images were recorded every 1.2ms. The super-resolved images were formed from sequential stacks of 100 speckled images. The temporal resolution is 0.12ms per super-resolved frame. The spatial resolution was estimated to 120 nm by Fourier Ring Correlation.
