We report an patient with Niemeier type Ⅱ gallbladder perforation with gastric outlet obstruction. During the process of treatment, we have got many radiology data. We present our experience with percutaneous laparoscopic drainage combined with percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage. Our findings suggest that percutaneous laparoscopic drainage may be a helpful option for typeⅡgallbladder perforation with severe symptoms of gastrointestinal compression.
