Based on the current situation of stationary retail and the high relevance of interactions and emotions in this context, a digital and emotion-based support concept for the design of valuable service interactions is presented in the course of this research project. Different variants of a service interaction are designed and tested as part of a study. The results confirm the high relevance of emotions and interactions in the service context and underline the potential for digital, emotion-based support.
