() CD14-, CD3- or CD19-positive cells were depleted using beads conjugated with monoclonal antibodies specific for each surface marker, as indicated at the top of the panels. After depletion, CD14-, CD3- and CD19-positive cells were quantified by flow cytometry. () After treatment, PBMCs were stimulated with 0.17 ng/ml ABH for 16 h. Supernatants were examined by ELISA.
