This dataset consists of 27 figures relating to an experiment which demonstrates a new, green method for the preparation of a solid acid catalyst to provide active sites for the synthesis of benzamides under ultrasound irradiation.
The reaction was performed through the direct condensation of benzoic acids and amines under ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of Lewis acidic ionic liquid, immobilised on diatomite earth (diatomite earth@IL/ZrCl4). The prepared catalyst was found to provide active sites for the synthesis of benzamides.
The figures included in this dataset provide the results of 1H-NMR (hydrogen-1 nuclear magnetic resonance), 13 C-NMR (Carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance) and mass spectrometry (MS) analysis of the resultant samples.
The data are in the form of a single PDF file which can be accessed with any proprietary or open source PDF viewer.
