Every 14 months the north Puget Sound/Olympic Peninsula/South Vancouver Island region haas experienced an Episodic Tremor and SLIP (ETS)event. In anticipation of one that was expected to occur between mid Feb. and mid May 2008 we deployed about 100 L28 sensors in a small aperture array on Big Skidder Hill in Washington. Using Texan recorders, we recorded 8 days of weak tremor(March 5-13) and 16 days of the main ETS event as the tremor migrataed directly under the array (May 5-21)
