I am Ph.D. student and a la Caixa INPhINIT Fellow in the Department of Political Science at the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). My research examines support for democracy in postindustrial societies, trying to uncover whether it is currently declining. In particular, I am interested in the incompatibility between some of the political values held by most citizens and the principles and institutions of liberal regimes.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Interdisciplinary Comparative Project on Populism and Secessionism (ICPPS) at the National Distance University (UNED, Spain). I hold an MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and a Double BA in Law and Political Science from the University of Valencia (Spain).
