Rodrigo is BS in Meteorology (Federal University of Alagoas - Brazil, 2003), M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering - Atmospheric Sciences in Engineering - Civil Engineering Program (COPPE / Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, 2006) and D.Sc. in Meteorology (Brazilian Institute for Space Research - INPE - Brazil, 2012).
Technologist at LABREN/CCST/INPE, as renewable energy resources and atmospheric transient systems specialist. Working specially with Solar Energy Assessment, has experience in wind / solar data analysis to renewable energy sector since 2006. Large experience with RD Projects and reviewer of national and international periodics, journals and magazines.
With a solid background in Meteorology, Climatology, Physical Oceanography, Computer science and programming tools, has large experience working on improvement of Petrobras Meteoceanographic Database and in automatic data qualification routines and systems. Since 2004, working with meteorological and oceanographic instrumentation in research projects and since 2008 acting in offshore operations support, data acquisition / qualification in onshore and offshore systems.
